Please contact us via the form below within 7 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns for items in their original condition: tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, within 10 working days of approving your email return request.

All return items will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival.

Returns are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore please make sure your return is packed up properly so that it doesn’t get damaged in transit.

Use a delivery option that allows tracking when you mail it back to us. PEACH DESIGN LONDON is not liable for lost returns. Returns that do not reach us are deemed invalid and void.

Once your return has been inspected and verified, a store credit will be issued to you. Kindly note that store credits are valid for 3 months upon date of issue, and are strictly non-refundable, or extendable.

In the event that an item is returned to us in a condition deemed un-returnable by us, we may have to send it back to you. No store credits will be issued if this is the case, and you will have to pay the relevant shipping costs.

We do provide size change returns within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact us via the form below to ensure we have your preferred size in stock.

Each order is only valid for one-time exchange. Returns and exchanges are not valid for sale items or orders using promotional codes.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We apologise if we send you a defective or incorrect item.
As every item you see on PEACH DESIGN LONDON Online Store is carefully sourced, each item is produced to the highest quality. The colours of our products may have slight variances on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications.
As of such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter tones. Requests for exchange(s) or return(s) due to these reasons will therefore be rejected. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to differing monitor settings, or studio lighting conditions.
